August Update
Footings
The concrete has been getting poured for the foundation footings. This takes place over several days, after which the forms are removed from around the dried cement.
Summer Progress
This first week of July is all about the foundation (and more dirt moving). The area is starting to take shape as the footings are being put into place.
Spring Progress
Since our groundbreaking in April, the site work has been progressing well. These photos show all the dirt and debris getting moved around in preparation for more advanced construction. Now that all the financing is in place and the weather is sunny, construction should start moving quickly! Starting this month, there will be weekly updates with new pictures of the property, so keep checking back!

Groundbreaking
An April 20, 2011 groundbreaking for Radio Design Group’s new facility in Rogue River heralds a new beginning. The 22,000 sq ft facility will serve as the headquarters, engineering design office, and manufacturing center for our in-house designed electronic products. The resulting growth is expected to expand the technology base and attract increasing numbers of high tech businesses to the Rogue Valley. Radio Design Group wishes to acknowledge the efforts of SOREDI for its role in promoting and mentoring the business climate in the Rogue Valley, and to the staff of the city of Rogue River for their accommodation of the project and their warm reception to our planned transition.
